3. Any additional hotel services or personal expenses shall be paid directly by the delegate.

4. Registration once confirmed is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

5. Delegates are responsible for their conduct and any damages caused during the event.

6. CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or program without prior notice.

7. CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED may refuse or cancel any registration without assigning any reason.
